These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phjewell ("phjewell," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phjewell website located at https://phjewell.vip and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on phjewell, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. phjewell is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjewell login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to notify phjewell immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. phjewell will never ask for your password via any channel.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). phjewell may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phjewell accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted. phjewell does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phjewell account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. phjewell is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. phjewell aims to process withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) to three (3) banking days. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance review. phjewell reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.4 Minimum & Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your phjewell account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on phjewell are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
5.1 General. phjewell offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. phjewell reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period.
5.3 Abuse. phjewell reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
5.4 Availability. Bonuses and promotions are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice. Eligibility for specific promotions may be restricted based on account status, verification level, or geographic location.
You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities on the phjewell Platform:
phjewell employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities. Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and implicated accounts will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
All content on the phjewell Platform — including but not limited to the phjewell name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of phjewell or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phjewell content without prior written authorization from phjewell.
phjewell collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the phjewell Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjewell, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 phjewell's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjewell account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 phjewell does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. phjewell is not liable for any loss or damage caused by technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond its reasonable control.
11.1 By phjewell. phjewell reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at phjewell's sole discretion. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, phjewell may forfeit any remaining balance in your account.
11.2 By You. You may close your phjewell account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phjewell Platform shall first be submitted to phjewell's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
phjewell reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phjewell will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
